For nearly 15 years, she worked in the hair and skincare industry, developing products, formulas, and marketing for several major brands. What started as a career in chemical engineering has blossomed into an emerging beauty brand and empire that has naturalistas and curl friends buzzing about all across the country.
Ada is Young entrepreneur and lifestyle blogger, who has been empowering women of all ages for almost a decade. Founder/editor of AllThingsAda.com, she aspires to open minds and speak on the behalf of women who haven’t found their voice yet. Her unmatched dedication to hard work, her ability to truly connect with tens of thousands of women around the country and her entrepreneurial soul has led her to not only successful collaborations with top-tier brands but also sold-out events across the country. With the help of Aisha, Ada founded and launched natural hair care brand Botánika Beauty.

Jenny has been working in communications in Central Florida for almost 20 years. Her first 7 years were on Univision Orland0 and the rest were spent in Radio with I Heart Media as Co-Host of the morning show “Los Anormales” from 6-10am on Rumba 100.3. You can also listen to her in English on Magic 107.7 from 7-10pm and on television in the “Hot In Hollywood” segment on Fox 35. Jenny is also the owner of Jenny Castillo clothing brand. Her Colombian JCJeans were created to hug perfectly the Latina curves.
Jackie is an inspirational head-turning Latina Beauty Influencer making waves in the natural hair community with her unique big curls. Her journey to self-love and acceptance was inspired by her 3 daughters, thus she is passionate about empowering and educating young girls and women of all ages by teaching them confidence through hair, beauty and positive self-talk.
Founder & CEO of Chocolate Kinks & Kurls. In 2012 two events happened that changed the course of her career from Pharmacist to becoming an entrepreneur! From 2012 to 2016 she koached women on product selection and offered Kurl Koaching sessions showing women how to use the products they purchased at her natural hair care boutique. in 2019 Her product line was awarded Best of the Best by Naturallycurly.com as a brand to watch in the Type 4 Category.

Known for her infectious personality and insatiable energy, Vanessa has kept Florida on the pulse of all things new in music, entertainment and community in multiple markets with her popular radio shows for over twelve years. Vanessa used her versatile radio skills to propel her into the world of entrepreneurship in 2008 when she launched Vanessa James Media, LLC. James now serves as the voice of over thirty radio and television stations nationally as well as several notable brands.
At 18, Gaby slowly started her career towards becoming a professional makeup artist and hasn’t turned back since. Working with BoxyCharm she discovered new beauty brands owned by WOC. She Got inspired and wanted to see a beauty brand that celebrated her culture, and Alamar Cosmetics was born, named after her beloved hometown in Cuba. After much success with the first launch, she was able to quit her job and make Alamar Cosmetics her full-time job. A year later, she has launched four more collections to the Alamar familia and continues to grow the brand day by day.

A certified hypnotherapist and Reiki healer, Nikki is the author of “The Final Swipe: Heal Your Heart, Find Your Person, and End the Dating Search for Good.” Previous to becoming a dating expert, Nikki was the Miami editor for Refinery29. As an expert in purposeful living, Nikki has been featured in Marie Claire, NBC, MSN.com, and Telemundo. She also held relationship columns with eHarmony.com, the Huffington Post, and Miami New Times.
