Passion, grit and enthusiasm are the keys to success for Aisha, founder and ceo of Honey Baby Naturals. For nearly 15 years, she worked in the hair and skincare industry, developing products, formulas, and marketing for several major brands. What started as a career in chemical engineering has blossomed into an emerging beauty brand and empire that has naturalistas and curl friends buzzing about all across the country.
Ada is Young entrepreneur and lifestyle blogger, who has been empowering women of all ages for almost a decade. Founder/editor of AllThingsAda.com, she aspires to open minds and speak on the behalf of women who haven’t found their voice yet. Her unmatched dedication to hard work, her ability to truly connect with tens of thousands of women around the country and her entrepreneurial soul has led her to not only successful collaborations with top-tier brands but also sold-out events across the country. With the help of Aisha, Ada founded and launched natural hair care brand Botánika Beauty.

During her college years, you could find her volunteering as a producer for El Gato Media Network, a non-profit student-based organization.
